iPod課金と録録小委の迷走，録音補償金のこじれがコピワン緩和議論へ飛び火してEPNがダビング10に変節し，スクランブル見直し議論を破壊し，ダウンロード違法化が強行され，BD課金で自殺という流れも理解してもらえると，Twitterでも議論ができると思う。これ全部，理解するとそこら辺の新聞記者以上ですけどね。だからこの議論にちゃんとついて行けている人がネットにたくさんいるのは，凄いことだと思う。著作権官僚はさぞかしやりにくかろう。地デジと録画を巻き込んだのはむしろ音楽の人。これ大事。局地戦での不利を戦線拡大で乗り切ろうとする戦略だったんだろうと思う，けどなぁ…。ダビ10導入やBD課金の話になぜJASRACが絡むのか。音楽家が会見するのか，映画の人だけでテレビの人がいないのか，といった辺りが考えるヒント。まぁ，この件における最大の戦犯は，総務省の某課長というのが斯界の定説ですけどね。音楽家さんあたりはある意味では被害者とも言えなくもないかもしれない。ネットでの理不尽な評価も含めて。「汎用機器/記録媒体への課金は門前払い」なのは著作権法の規定が専用機だから。条文そのものに手を付けるとなると「そもそも要らないだろ」という議論に発展しかねないので，権利者には不都合という構図がある。そこで条文を変えずに解釈で乗り切ろうとするから拒否られる。
